“Safe at Home” Survival Guide

Greet each new day with gratitude for all that you DO have and experience.

Maintain a regular routine.
(Wake-up, Hygiene, Dress, Prayer/Meditation, etc.)

Get fresh air and sunlight whenever possible.

Maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

Slow down and take more time to complete activities.
(Cooking, Cleaning, Reading, etc.)

Complete existing home projects and develop new ones.

Turn off the news and limit yourself to one or two updates per day.

Utilize Telehealth services for physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

Learn something new and try different activities.

Embrace humor and positivity.

Reach out to important others via phone and/or social media.

Keep a journal expressing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Strive to thrive during challenging times.

Reality Test and Reframe regularly.

Keep the Faith.
